We are a group of Compliance Brokers licensed in the State of Texas. Our Mission is to provide the most efficient, time-saving professional standards to assist in the complex world of real estate compliance.
If compliance is consuming most of your time and energy, we are committed to providing you with best-in-class services with licensed brokers with over 25 years’ experience in real estate compliance.
According to the Texas Real Estate Commission brokers only are allowed to do real estate compliance. While others may claim they do not outsource, we guarantee that only brokers will be allowed to audit your files for compliance.
TREC COMPLIANCE
Brokers:
Brokers are responsible for all brokerage activities, including those of their sponsored agents. They must ensure their agents fulfill their fiduciary duties to both the broker and clients.
Contract Review and Compliance:
Brokers should review all transaction documents, either personally or through a qualified compliance person, before approving commission payments to agents.
Enforcement:
TREC has the authority to take action against licensed brokers or sales agents who are not in compliance with the rules and laws of Texas, according to the TREC (.gov).

Our Team
Christine Schwirtz, has been in real estate for more than 19 years. She has worked in compliance and management for some of the largest brokerage firms in Texas. Holding Broker of Record and managing Broker titles.
Highly experienced in compliance and real estate management since the beginning of her career. She is also well-versed in contract law. There’s little doubt she has a singular understanding of Texas real estate, including the intricacies of the state’s various contracts including contracts and addenda ranging from commercial to residential.
Her vast experience with real estate includes commercial transactions involving leasing, as well as farm and ranch transactions, undeveloped land transactions, and more. Not to mention her experience in residential transactions involving construction contracts.
